Who is Coach Beef Daddy?
Hey Folks!
My name is Mike K and I am originally from Wilber, Nebraska, The Czech Capital of America, where we celebrate Czech Days every first weekend of August and then watch and cheer on Nebraska Football and Volleyball religiously. If no sports, then we watch corn grow.
As for Czech Days, you gotta come down and experience it in Wilber, NE, and you’ll most likely run into me at the Wilber Czech Hotel Beer Garden outside soaking up the rays, enjoying Pivo with a Kolache (the real ones, not those damn Texas pig in the blanket ones, ugh), and listening to some fine polka music. Just look for the bald white guy.
Currently, I am a resident of Texas, the greatest Country in the World once upon a time, residing in the DFW area and making my way into coaching little league flag football under the team name Beef Daddy’s Bulls, with my son as a captain of the squad.
We primarily run Pistol I-Bone Quad Option. Our practices are all designed around that play since it is multi-functionable with numerous options to choose from.
We always start practice in the end zone where every kid gets to just be themselves celebrating life. You see all sorts of dance moves. They get very creative! Because that’s where we always wanna be, touch down city, I firmly believe they must get used to running into the end zone celebrating gratefulness.
I am currently recruiting for youth 1st graders next year. If you live in the area of Carrollton, TX, I have 22 spots remaining.
The team and practice is run at Josey Sporting Complex and Parks in Carrollton, TX near the town library. They will master the basics of blocking, shedding blocks, tackling, breaking tackles, passing, receiving, and being a great team member of the family. If interested, email me at kreshel47@gmaill.com
If you are considering a change in your kids current school, I highly recommend Founders Classical Academy K-12. From Start to Finish. Seats are limited. Luckily, there’s plenty of Academy’s spreading through DFW.
